COS

Transforming Cos from a multiple channel to a cross-channel brand, optimizing the distribution channel by introducing a new user friendly app. With the goal of optimizing the customer experience, meeting the needed requirements in the rapidly changing fashion industry and increasing sales at the same time. 

In this project I look at the current marketing strategy, and invented a new customer journey, to keep customers in the Cos loop on all touch points.

SOLUTION

APP Design, where COS implements an omnichannel design solution to keep the customer in the Cos Loop. Intertwining the digital and physical Cos shopping experience.
