While working as a Digital & Social Media Manager at Shine Shop, one of my responsabilties was e-mail marketing. This included gaining a larger following, such as integrating a pop-up window, getting more of our visitors to subscribe to our newsletters. Also, I was responsible for production, photography, styling, graphic design, execution and tracking of the newsletters. Planning what needs to be pushed in newsletters, as well as tracking the results in form of sales.

Optimization of the webshop and newsletter marketing was also on my agenda, to create growth for the business. Therefore we started a collaboration with Clerk, as they provided AI technology that could be integrated in our webshop. This allowed us to add inn suggested product based on each individual customers shopping habits. This was added into the end of each newsletter.
